It's on the 38th floor! Add about $2000-$4000 per floor...and the price is easily above $400,000...

That is the price for my apartment. I realize that it is well below market value...maybe even $100,00 or more below value. Bad news for me and GREAT news for you (if you want to buy it). Walk in with instant equity...that's what real estate investing is all about...
